Making Toxic People Go Away.
Ever have a person in your life that just won’t go away? What can you do?
1. Remove yourself from the situation. Disconnect with them on social media, outside events, and in your life.
2. If the toxic person will not let go, refuse to associate with them as much as possible. It is your life and you, not them, get to pick who is in it.
3. If the toxic person becomes dangerous then contact your local police and make legal arrangements.
Often toxic people are bulling, “trolls”, or become violent. Keep documentation. Social media can be copied and used if necessary.
Stay safe mentally and physically.
However, evidence is showing that when bullies are confronted when actions occur, the bullying stops. Unsafe situations of confrontation may need legal representation. If you are unsafe, do not engage. For more on what to do, contact your legal and police departments regarding the laws in your area.
