Does weather change your mood?
Yes. Weather can change your mood. How does this happen? First, sunshine contains Vitamin D3 that your body can synthesis. This helps improve your mood, bone strength, lower asthma risk, and helps improve the immunity in the body.
Rain can change the mood as well. It can cause calmness and quite when studying the rain patterns. It allows the body to relax. It can also cause the sinus cavities to adjust to the humidity, causing discomfort.
Snow mood changes can cause the elderly to notice the changes in the barometer and complain of pain. In young children it can cause excitement of possibilities of play and help the body to get fresh air but the cold air may later cause illness.
Changes in weather can also cause your mood to heighten, thrown you into a protection or on edge mood, such as when pressures drop and ears will not pop, such as in weather that would spawn tornado conditions.
Weather can change your mood, but if you are aware of the outcomes you may control how you feel or react around others.
