Four tips of being necessarily happy!
There are times in our lives when it is necessary to be happy. This is often regardless of how you feel at the time and many be necessary to interact and function within daily life. Emotionally we are sponges when it comes to being happy or sad. Emotionally we can absorb a smile and translate it into a smile back with a good feeling. We can equally pick up on sadness and tears that may cause our own tears to begin flowing without any effort.
But to be necessarily happy means that we have to be happy somewhere within ourselves. How can you become necessarily happy? Here are some tips to become happy.
1. Plenty of quality sleep. Sleep with quality can be short or long but when one awakes, one should feel refreshed.
2. Sunshine. Absorb as much sunshine as possible. The absorption of Vitamin D3 can help decrease depression and improve immunity.
3. Smile. Smile at everyone regardless if the smile comes back at you.
4. Manners. Thank you and please help increase the happiness. It also shows respect to you and others. Respect helps you feel satisfied with life and results in happiness.
Happiness is achievable and a daily journey. It can last as long as you wish. No one is in control of your happiness but you.
