One of the biggest problems with losing weight is understanding YOUR body image. Not what TV, magazines, or social media says is what your body image is. Now what is shocking to most people is that they are already perfect! They already have the right body type, size, and are doing the right things to keep it healthy.
True, there are many who are way too sedentary with bad eating habits that need to begin losing weight by simply losing the TV. If the average person watches 2 hours of TV every day and stops, they begin to look for other ways to spend that time. Here is where you can find time to do those work outs you say you have no time to do.
Another reason to stop watching TV, is that you stop seeing all the weight loss ads and get skinny commercials that really are not going to help the person achieve their goals but fatten the advertiser’s wallet. Fashion magazines are another area where the ideal body is not a real body. Very few humans are born with tiny bodies and others starve or are malnourished to be tiny. The ideas are not realistic. After all, Photoshop can make anyone a size zero.
So change your views can change your mind on where your body type should be. This one simple change can begin your road to the perfect you.
