Building Your Immunity!
Flu season. Many providers are trying to decide now to order the flu vaccine for clients this fall. There is a big concern if this year’s vaccine will be the one to be protective and many are concern because 2014’s season was not as successful as planned. What can you do now to be ready?
1. Make sure you eat healthy and drinking plenty of water.
2. Taking a multivitamin will help boost the immunity and/or help fill in where missing nutrients or poor eating is in place.
3. Vitamin D3 1000-2000 IU daily dose has evidenced-base research that shows it helps prevent flu or lessens the flu when research subjects suffered the flu.
4. Get plenty of fresh air, sunshine, and wash hands frequently with contact with others and objects.
