Trying to lose weight?
Many individuals try to lose weight. One of the first steps is to consult your provider. Your provider will do a physical exam and blood work to ensure there are no health related issues before you begin your weight loss program of choice.
Don’t have a weight loss program?
Here are three ideas to help you begin.
1. Begin walking. Most individuals can walk a mile in twenty minutes a day. Begin walking 20-30 minutes a day, every day. It can be around the coffee table or around the office building.
2. Avoid process food. This will limit the chemicals and additives in your diet. Try to eat food that you would find naturally.
3. Understand it will take time. The standard weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week. Excessive weight loss may not be fat but water loss that will lead to dehydration.
Know that every day is a new day. Much like a video game, you start over, and try again.
