Often there are times when adult children find empty nest full again with children for any number of reasons. Maybe it was suddenly or planned, but the change may lead to a need for many refresher courses in child care.
Renewal of CPR. CPR stays current with the latest health care information. Renewal can be yearly or every two years. CPR teaches how to save someone if they are chocking, stop breathing, and if the heart stops. The techniques covers babies, children, and adults.
Swimming lessons. Children love water but need to be safe in it. Many cities offer swimming lessons for minimal fees for several weeks, typically during summer months. Swimming lessons may also offer CPR with lessons.
Bicycles, skateboards, and skates. During the spring and summer months, many health, offices, and government agencies will offer bicycle helmets to protect young children’s heads. The groups will often help show how to wear, fit, and when the helmet would need replaced. A fee may be included for helmet.
Car seats. Car seats come in different sizes and shapes. The biggest problem with car seat failure is the car seat has not been properly fitted into the car. May sellers of car seats are more than happy to demonstrate placement. Children not placed in car seats may lead to adult drivers getting pulled over and given traffic tickets. Try to avoid used car seats due to recalls or broken pieces that would lead to car seat failure during an accident.
